Privacy policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Flowkee is an app where marketing agencies share content with their clients for review and approval. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
In short: we collect only what the app needs to work. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train anything. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, @username, account type (agency or client), and, if you add them, your job title and profile photo.
- Workspaces and teams: the workspaces you create or join, their names, @usernames and logos, who is in them, invitations and connection requests.
- Content and reviews: titles, dates, captions and channels of content; comments, the spot or moment they are pinned to, change requests, approvals and versions; content requests from clients, including photos or videos you attach to them.
- Google Drive file details: when an agency adds content from Google Drive, we store the file's id, name, type and size so the content can be shown in the app. See "Google Drive" below.
- Notifications: a push notification token for your phone, and your language, so notifications reach you in English or Arabic.
- Crash reports: when something breaks in the app, a short technical report: the error, the screen, the phone's system and app version, and which account was signed in.
- Sign-in security: failed sign-in attempts and the network address they came from, kept for up to a day to stop password guessing.
We don't collect your location, contacts, or anything from your phone beyond what you choose to upload.
How we use it
- To run Flowkee: show each person the workspaces and content they have access to, and nothing else.
- To send the notifications the app is built around: new content, change requests, approvals, invitations.
- To keep accounts secure and to fix problems.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Google Drive
Agencies can connect Google Drive to add content to Flowkee. Flowkee asks only for access to the files you pick in Google's own file picker (the drive.file permission); it can't see the rest of your Drive. It reads those files to show them to the agency and its client in the app, and never moves, edits or deletes anything in your Drive.
The access Google gives us is stored on our server, never on anyone's phone. When the person who connected an account leaves the agency or deletes their Flowkee account, we stop using that access and remove it; you can also remove Flowkee from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Flowkee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't let people read it except as needed to run the service, for security, or when the law requires it.
Who can see your content
Content in a client workspace is visible to that client's team and to the agency that added it. Other agencies connected to the same client don't see it. Your name, @username, job title and photo are visible to people you share a workspace with.
Services that help us run Flowkee
We use a small number of providers, each only for what's listed:
- Supabase stores the database, uploaded photos and videos, and runs our server functions. Data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
- Google provides Google Drive, for agencies that connect it.
- Expo and Apple or Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) deliver push notifications to your phone.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
We don't sell personal data and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile is deleted and so is any workspace where you were the only person. Content you made in a shared workspace stays with that team, because it's part of their review history. Crash reports and sign-in records are cleared regularly.
Your choices
- Edit your name, username, job title and photo in your profile.
- Delete your account from your profile in the app. It takes effect right away.
- Turn off notifications in your phone's settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or anything else about it, at [email protected].
Children
Flowkee is a work tool for businesses and isn't meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
